We are finally here! The road to the 2025 High School season begins this week with our first section deep dive - Section 1
To help us, we brought in Farmington High School Girls and Boys coaches, Brooke Rutherford and Mitch Grengs to give us the inside scoop on section 1 for the upcoming season.
Brooke and Mitch not only coach in section 1, but, both played in section 1 growing up. They have seen tremendous growth in the southern part of the metro and state.
